My shipment is very late

From our experience we can say that we have never lost an expedition in the past. Of course there are situations where the holidays and other things have a negative effect, for example under Christmas or January (which are holiday periods) there may be delays due to the overload of customs or couriers, we will do everything to track and unblock as much as possible. it is possible but as I said until now all the paintings have always been delivered.
