When does the shipment take place?

Since the customer pays, Stripe's payment gateway makes a transfer to our account after 24/48 which, once verified, starts the shipment immediately (the painting is packaged in advance) which always takes place via courier with tracking. The tracking number is communicated to the customer. All operations can be monitored from the site and in any case update emails are sent constantly.
